Terms of Sale

SHIPPING
Shipping and packaging costs are included in the price of the art. All shipping is through USPS, FedEx and UPS Ground. Paintings are securely packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt of payment. Tracking will be sent to the customer upon shipment.

PAYMENTS
All payments are protected and securely processed through Stripe Payments. Visa, Mastercard, America Express, Discover, Google Pay and Apple Pay are all accepted. I also accept Venmo. Please contact me if you would like to pay via Venmo.

RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of painting. Your purchase will refunded back via the method of payment. Commision 50% deposits are nonrefundable. A prepaid return label will be emailed to you. Please contact me if you need to return a painting.

PRIVACY
